The Scapino Ballet Rotterdam presents in 'Goecke/Reischl' world premieres of two choreographers who are 'hot': Marco Goecke and Georg Reischl. Goecke has been called the saviour of dance by Rudi van Dantzig. Typical elements in his choreographies are the dusky atmosphere, fanciful finds and the virtuoso fluttering movements in space. Reischl is known for his lightness. He works out his themes in abstract dance with whimsical, fanciful, fantastic body poetry and a great deal of physical interaction between the dancers.
