Catering
We can make arrangements to suit your requirements. Buffets, lunch, drinks or dinner, everything is possible. We are not tied to a particular caterer but we would like to tell you about the many options. We do work together closely with a number of well-known catering firms so that we can respond to your wishes, your budget and the desired level of service.
Flowers
To decorate the rooms we can arrange flowers on the tables, on the stage, in front of the lectern and for bouquets in every desired colour or style. Complete decorations with live green plants may be just what you require to lend a special atmosphere to your reception and we can arrange this in conjunction with well-known interior flower specialists.
Hostesses/staffing of the cloakroom
We can arrange for there to be hostesses to meet your guests when they arrive, to note their names, to help them find their location or for other services. We can also see to it that the cloakroom is permanently staffed during the reception.
Hotels
The Philipszaal/Lucent Danstheater work together with a number of well-known hotels in the region of The Hague in various rating and price categories. We will be glad to help you contact the right person or make the hotel reservations for you.
Materials
The Philipszaal/Lucent Danstheaterhas sufficient materials to provide your guests with a full service. If you do not wish to have one of our full arrangements but would like to rent the space in combination with an external caterer, you can use the standard materials package for the location for a fee.
Presentation facilities
The Philipszaal/Lucent Danstheater has two large theatres and a number of foyers provided with a multi-functional package of the most modern audiovisual aids. The theatres are plug-and-play, so that we have all the most modern conveniences and we are extremely flexible. Helpful, friendly and expert technicians can assist you in preparing your event and they will naturally be present on the day itself.
